The Adobo Festival of Silay City is one of many cultural happenings embraced by the Negros Season of Culture. The festival has been celebrating the iconic Filipino dish for two decades. In 2020, it will run from November 9-14, starting off with special dinners for intimate groups, showcasing heirloom recipes. These lead up to a full day of adobo cooking competition and cultural fair staged by local craftsmen and performers. All these, hosted at the historic Casa A. Gamboa in Silay City.
For more information and to book your heirloom dinners, contact Edsie Valladarez at (+63919)828-9450.
